Description

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from properties on which residents live, located in the City and Commune of Nowe Miasto in the period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels: preparing for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended), Ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2013, item 122), the current Waste Management Plan for the Mazovian Voivodeship 2030 and the applicable local law, i.e. Resolution No 332/XLVIII/2023 of the City Council of New Town of 31 January 2023 on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City and Commune of Nowe Miasto and Resolution No 333/XLVIII/2023 of the City Council of New Town of 31 January 2023 on the detailed method and scope of providing services in the City and Commune of Nowe Miasto with regard to the collection of municipal waste from owners of properties on which residents live and the management of this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the owner of the property for the management of municipal waste, as well as other provisions of law and local law.
