The device must be able to analyze volatile trace gases (VOCs) over a larger mass range (0-1000amu) in real time. Furthermore, it must be very light (<60kg) for it to be installed on a lift system. These measurements take place on a lift system at the ATTO measuring tower in the Amazon rainforest and are part of a project period funded by the BMBF.
