Description

The subject of the contract is the successive performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Commune of Dębowiec from the owners of real estate from 7 villages: Dębowiec, Ogrodzona, Simoradz, Iskrzyczyn, Kostkowice, Gumna and Łączka, with a total area of 4248 ha, where residents live and organising and running a separate collection point for municipal waste (PSZOK) in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for landfill is reduced, in accordance with the applicable regulations. (a) The number of inhabitants covered by the municipal waste management system by the municipality is 5.273 (i.e. 1.566 declarations). b) On the territory of the Commune of Dębowiec there are the following properties inhabited by multi-local buildings: I.
