Description

Réhabilitation du bâtiment 4, pour ses parties non protégées, dans un quartier faisant l'objet d'un plan de sauvegarde et de mise en valeur. Construit au XIX, il comprend quatre niveaux et un sous-sol. A été globalement curé précédemment. Le programme technique porte sur la mise aux normes techniques et réglementaires, la remise à niveau de l'enveloppe, la reprise ou le renforcement des structures, la remise à neuf des équipements et de l'aménagement intérieur. Les travaux concernent une surface utile d'environ 1 780 m2 à réhabiliter en bureaux — curages complémentaires, renforcements structurels, équipements techniques, aménagement et finitions.
