Description

Surveillance services for the lake area of Lake Cazaux during the flight testing activities of DGA EV Cazaux site.
The procedure chosen for this consultation is the negotiated procedure with prior publicity in accordance with Article 42 of Order 2015-899 and Articles 21 I (2) and 64 to 66 of Decree No 2016-361 of 25.3.2016 on public defence or security contracts. Pursuant to Articles 70 to 72 of that decree, it is a framework agreement on order forms. Under Article 33 of the Decree, electronic transmission of applications and tenders is permitted.
