Description

The purpose of the contract is to provide home care services and includes services of a social and welfare nature and assistance to the person in order to facilitate his/her stay in his/her living and relationship environment, within the meaning of Law No 328/2000. The Municipality has the task of guiding and coordinating all the social and welfare activities carried out in the area and undertakes to provide the successful tenderer, hereinafter the successful tenderer, with all the elements necessary for the proper performance of the services that will be functionally organised by the Technical Coordinator of the S.A.D. for the successful tenderer.
