Description

In this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to obtain tenders for the installation, operation and maintenance of recharging points on public roads in accordance with the AFI Act (Act 2022-04-04 No 412 on infrastructure for alternative fuels for transport). Recharging points must be standard chargers (22 kW).The tender includes 984 electric car spaces corresponding to 492 recharging points.The contracts run for 10 years.In this tender, the contracting authority has divided the task into 14 separate lots. The details of the sub-agreements are set out in Annex 2a (Sub-agreements). In principle, a maximum of four lots may be awarded to a tenderer. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio, with a maximum total score of 1,000 points, with the sub-criteria ‘Price’ (250 points), ‘Ad hoc prices’ (300 points), ‘Green power’ (200 points) and ‘Green construction machinery’ (100 points) and ‘Environmental sustainability’ with the sub-criteria ‘Reserve parts’ (75 points) and ‘Recycling’ (75 points).
