This notice concerns a restricted competition for project management at sketch + level (ESQ+), for the creation of the Cité de la Bière on the Nordlys wasteland in Bailleul. In November 2023, Coeur de Flandre Agglo was named winner of the call for expressions of interest led by the Hauts-de-France region to host the future Cité régionale de la Bière. The site chosen to install the equipment is the Nordlys wasteland site located in the city center of Bailleul, in the immediate vicinity of Place Charles De Gaulle, with an area of nearly 8,000 m2. The programme provides for: -Museographic spaces (exhibition and associated logistics spaces) of 950 m2 of floor area as well as a 200 m2 thematic garden -Visitor reception spaces of 600 m2 of floor area -A restaurant/bar space and associated technical spaces of 700 m2 of floor area -Animation spaces (multipurpose seminar room, didactic workshops and associated logistics spaces) of 700 m2 of floor area -Spaces dedicated to the management of the site of 250 m2 of floor area -The development of a 350 m2 visitor reception forecourt -Outdoor spaces dedicated to logistics and parking Text automatically translated in your browsing language Automatically translated
