Description

Im Rahmen der Offshore-Installationsphase des Windparks werden Bauherrenleistungen im Bereich der Health-, Safety- und Environmental-Überwachung und –kontrolle (HSE) und der Qualitätsüberwachung bzw. –kontrolle (QC) erforderlich. Diese Leistungen sind in 3 Lose aufgeteilt.
Los 1: HSE-Koordination.
Los 2: QC-Koordination.
Los 3: Offshore Observer der Offshoreinstallationen.
Los 1 beinhaltet des Weiteren die Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination (SiGe-Ko) nach Baustellenverordnung und ist somit Bestandteil der Meldekette und sicherheitstechnischen Koordination.
Um den Personalaufwand zu minimieren, ist vorgesehen, die Leistungen mit Hilfe eines möglichst kleinen Personenkreises zu erbringen und Synergieeffekte zu nutzen, indem im Rahmen der Bauüberwachugn und QC-Überwachung, auch auf die HSE-Überwachung geachtet wird und umgekehrt. Die EnBW Erneuerbare Energien GmbH bevorzugt, die folgenden Leistungen als Paket an einen leistungsfähigen Anbieter zu vergeben:
Die Koordinatoren werden voraussichtlich im Basishafen Sassnitz stationiert. Ggf. kommt auch ein Einsatz auf See in Frage. Die Offshore Observer werden auf den Installationsgeräten und im Offshore Baufeld ”EnBW Baltic 2” sowie dem Transferhafen Sassnitz/Mukran eingesetzt.
Die Offshoreinstallationen werden voraussichtlich 24 Stunden an 7 Tagen (24/7) in der Woche ausgeführt und müssen permanent im Schichtbetrieb von den Offshore Observern begleitet werden. Mindestens ein HSE Koordinator ist ständig anwesend, ein QC-Koordinator ist täglich zu normaler Arbeitszeit anwesend.
