Description

Framework agreement on public procurement of FOCUS LEMNE, as required by the tender specifications. The total estimated value of the procedure expressed in lei excluding VAT is of min. 550,00 lei and max. 1,100,000,00 lei. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract expressed in lei excluding VAT is of min. 550,00 lei - max. 550,000,00 lei. The quantities of products are those specified in the specifications - 1 item. The products will be delivered with the characteristics and under the conditions required in the specification. The envisaged period for the implementation of the framework agreement shall be 13 months from the date of its completion. During the course of the framework agreement, 4 follow-up contracts will be concluded. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
