1. The subject of the Agreement is the provision of maintenance and development services of the Localization and Information Platform system with the Central Database (PLI CBD). 2. The subject of the Basic Order is the provision of PLI CBD Maintenance and Development Services consisting of: 1) CBD PLI Maintenance Services for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, including the following activities: a) Monitoring of operation b) Inspections and Maintenance c) Repairs d) Documentation Updates e) Expert, technical and organizational consultations for the Customer's personnel, so-called help desk f) Other activities included in the broadly understood, comprehensive maintenance services provided in order to ensure the required quality parameters of high availability ICT systems. 2) PLI CBD Knowledge Transfer Services, in the scope of 1 Working Hour within 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, including the transfer of organizational and technical knowledge to the Ordering Party and/or the next Contractor responsible for the future modernization and/or maintenance of PLI CBD. 3) PLI CBD Development Services, in the scope of 8 Working Hours within a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement, including the following activities: a) Hardware Reconfiguration, b) Software Reconfiguration, c) Software Modification, Testing and Deployment, d) Environment Optimization. 3. The Ordering Party is entitled to exercise the Option Right, under which it may order the following Services: 1) PLI CBD Maintenance Services - Option 1 Law including PLI CBD Maintenance Services with the scope of work identical to that indicated in § 2 sec. 2 point 1) of the Agreement, provided that the duration of their implementation will cover the period from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 12 months after the completion of the Basic Order. 2) PLI CBD Knowledge Transfer Services - Option 2 Law covering the transfer, up to a maximum of 200 Working Hours, of organisational and technical knowledge to the Contracting Authority and/or the next Contractor responsible for the future modernisation and/or maintenance of PLI CBD, provided that their implementation period covers a period from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 24 months after the conclusion of the Agreement. 3) PLI CBD Development Services - Option 3 Law, up to a maximum of 400 Working Hours, with the proviso that their implementation period will cover a period from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 24 months after the conclusion of the Agreement, including the following activities: a) Hardware Reconfiguration, b) Software Reconfiguration, c) Software Modification, Testing and Deployment, d) Environment Optimization.
