Description

Acquisition of maintenance, maintenance and repair services for aircraft, engines, aggregates and installations within the Romanian Aeroclub, at the territorial offices of the acquirer. A two-year framework agreement will be drawn up in duplicate with the same legal value for each party and will enter into force on the date of signature. If the framework agreement is concluded with several economic operators and the subsequent contracts are awarded by reopening the competition, the beneficiary will simultaneously send an invitation to participate in the re-tender to all economic operators that are signatories to the framework agreement whenever it decides to purchase the services that are the subject of the contract. Required aircraft maintenance, maintenance and repair services: 1. Unlicensed maintenance personnel (fitter) for a number of persons between 16 and 28 2. Technical maintenance personnel holding a PART 66 license or other national license (LPTA) for a number of persons between 3 and 10 3.
