Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of electricity for consumption points owned by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. The contract covers the sale of electricity to the Centrali Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and the premises at ul. Racławicka.
2. The subject-matter of the contract does not include electricity distribution, connection and metering, which fall within the scope of a separate contract for the provision of distribution services concluded by the Contracting Authority with the Distribution System Operator. Detailed information on energy consumption points is set out in the table describing the subject-matter of the contract – Annex 1 to the ToR.
3. The supply of active electricity takes place through the distribution network of the respective Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as DSO): Innogy Stoen Operator sp. z o.o., to which the Contracting Authority’s energy consumption points are connected.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.
