This notice is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but a prior information notice and a request for information related to market prospection as part of the preparation of the procurement. Monetra Group invites bidders for the market survey of payroll system services. The target of the planned potential acquisition is a payroll system that meets the needs of the Monetra Group. The purpose of this market survey is to map the content of the services available on the market in order to plan the procurement, to map the contract and pricing practices of the industry, to obtain an estimate of the price level of the procurement on the market and to give bidders the opportunity to ask informal questions and comments related to the planned implementation of the procurement. This pre-notification is not a call for tenders, but an invitation to interested operators to provide information on available solutions. The information raised in the market dialogue will remain fully confidential and will only be used for the preparation of a potential acquisition. The request for information does not oblige the contracting entity to carry out the procurement as described in the request for information or in any other way. No compensation shall be paid for participation in the market dialogue and any comments on documents made in the context of the market dialogue. Monetra reserves the right to limit the number of participants invited to market dialogue events as necessary. The market dialogues are scheduled to take place on the following dates: Wed 4.6.2025 at 8.30-12.00 Thu 5.6.2025 at 12.30-16.00 Fri 6.6.2025 at 8.30-12.00 Mon 9.6.2025 at 12.30-16.00 Tue 10.6.2025 at 8.30-12.00 Wed 11.6.2025 at 8.30-12.00 The events will be held as Teams meetings. The client plans to record the events and use artificial intelligence to produce market dialogue memos. If you have a different view, please mention this at the time of your registration. The market dialogues will take place and the related material will be produced in Finnish. For those who have registered and are selected for the dialogue session, one of the above-mentioned dates will be defined for each participant, where the topics, which include system demos, will be discussed separately in accordance with the agenda to be submitted in advance. If the supplier offers several different systems, a second time can be reserved for expanding the system demos, if necessary. At a later stage, participants in the market dialogue will also have the opportunity to comment on the preliminary tender materials and to respond to questions raised by the contracting entity as part of the market dialogue. More information on the need of the contracting entity and the schedule and agenda of the dialogue will be sent to the actors selected for the market dialogue events by e-mail. The purpose of the market dialogue is, among other things, to get a comprehensive picture of the available solutions and their suitability for Monetra's service production. To this end, participants are asked to provide a demo presentation as part of the agenda, and Monetra prepares and sends the use cases to those invited to the market dialogue in advance.
