Description

The products to be procured under this framework agreement are necessary for the preparation of feed intended for the beneficiaries of the centres under the authority of the contracting authority. The quantities of products are covered by the specifications. The figures are indicative estimates, the quantities actually requested will be determined at the level of the subsequent contracts depending on the needs of the contracting authorities and the budget appropriations allocated to this destination. The price of the products shall also include the transport of these products to subordinate centres. The addresses of the centres are set out in the annex to the specifications. The contracting authority shall reply clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, in accordance with Government Emergency Order No 107/2017. The number of days before which clarifications may be requested before the closing date for the submission of tenders is 15 days.
