The subject of the contract is to equip the Department of Internal Diseases at SPZZOZ – Hospital in Iłża with brand new, complete, non-exhibition, unconditioned, free from any physical and legal defects, complete in terms of equipment, ready to use without any additional purchases, medical equipment and apparatus. The scope of the contract should also include training of medical and technical staff at the Ordering Party regarding the operation of the device, performance of obligations during the warranty period for removing defects, repairs, replacement of equipment parts together with mandatory technical inspections, with the frequency recommended by the manufacturer of the device. The Contractor shall bear any costs related to the installation of the equipment and the first start-up. Additional requirements and minimum required parameters for each of the devices are included in the tabular description of the device – Technical Specification – constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ. All offered products must meet the essential requirements set out in the Medical Devices Act of 7 April 2022 (Journal of Laws 2022, item 974, as amended) insofar as they relate to the characteristics of a given medical device related to its safety and performance and should meet the legal requirements for release for free circulation in the Republic of Poland and the European Union, and the Contractor must have a declaration of compliance with the essential requirements for a medical device marked with the CE mark, attestations, certificates, certificates of registration and release for free circulation and use in healthcare facilities, regarding the subject of the contract covered by these tender specifications. If, within the meaning of the above-mentioned Act, the subject of the contract is not a medical device, the Ordering Party requires that the offered products that are not medical devices have a CE declaration of conformity for the offered products and documents authorising the offered products for marketing and use.
