Description

Helicopter transport services in relation to the monitoring and preparedness for unstable massifs assignments given by the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate. As a part of continuous measuring and monitoring, including preparedness measures for unstable massifs in Stranda, Norddal, Rauma and Flåm, helicopters must be used for inspections and various transport assignments. The contract shall ensure the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate prompt assistance in emergency situations.
The objective of the tender notice is to enter into a framework provider who carry out helicopter transport of personnel and transport with hanging load. The Framework Agreement may also apply for other cooperating partners and sub-contractors executing works for the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate and in accordance with further agreements.
The frequency of the helicopter flights will vary through the year, and from year to year. The area is very inaccessible with instruments and installations spread all over the mountain side Helipads have been set up near all objects.
The departure point for transport is mainly Ødegårdsvegen 176 in Stranda.
