The target of the acquisition is comprehensive insurance brokerage services, which include, among other things, tendering insurance policies, updating insurance cover, maintaining, administering and making changes. The service also includes training and consulting related to risk management, assistance in filing and reporting claims, communication between the Client and insurance companies, and information on valid insurance policies and their payments.
