SG No 44/2011); 7.Ordinance on the conditions and procedure for providing funds for compensating the reduced revenues from the application of prices for public passenger transport by road, provided for in the regulations for certain categories of passengers, for subsidizing public passenger transport in mountainous and other areas and for issuing transport documents for carrying out the transport operations; 8.Pursuant to Article 78 of the Road Transport Act, when carrying out passenger transport by bus, the requirements of: Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the harmonisation of certain social legislation relating to road transport and amending Council Regulations (EEC) No 3821/85 and (EC) No 2135/98 and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85, referred to as ‘Regulation 561/2006’, and the European Agreement concerning the work of crews of vehicles engaged in international road transport, done at Geneva on 1 July 1970 (ratified by Act No 28 of 1995), referred to as ‘AETR’; Regulation (EU) No 165/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 February 2014 on tachographs in road transport, repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No 3821/85 on recording equipment in road transport and amending Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the harmonisation of certain social legislation relating to road transport (OJ L 60/1 of 28 February 2014), referred to as ‘Regulation (EU) No 165/2014’ or AETR. The contractor shall carry out the transport operations covered by this public procurement procedure with registered motor vehicles at the Road Transport Administration Executive Agency in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation No 33 of 3 November 1999 on the public transport of passengers and goods on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. B. Organization of passenger transport under approved transport schemes When performing the subject of this public contract, the carrier has the following obligations: 1. to organize the work of the drivers, observing the statutory maximum duration of the working day (change), the daily and weekly rest and the breaks in the driving periods under the Road Transport Act; organise the medical check-up of drivers, including their general state of health; 3. organize the checks of the technical condition of the buses before leaving the garage; 4. to carry out daily control over the timely reporting of transport documents; 5. to provide the necessary tickets and cards in accordance with the Ordinance on the conditions and procedure for printing and control of securities or from fiscal devices pursuant to Ordinance No. H-18 of 2006 of the Ministry of Finance on registration and reporting of sales in commercial outlets through fiscal devices; 6. not to allow the performance of transport on a bus line in the form of occasional or specialized transport; Continues in the Description section (BT-24-Lot).
