The construction is then planned to start in the first quarter of 2015. The construction phase is expected to be completed within two years, at the latest by mid-2017 (at the end of the 2016/2017 school year).
Architectural services:
In order to carry out the renovation and extension measures described above, axle services for service phases 1-9 are to be commissioned in accordance with Section 33 of the HOAI. The focus of the work on this contract is, on the one hand, in service phases 2-3 (preliminary design and design), where a design must be developed to solve the fire-protection problems of the building and, on the other hand, the necessary extension areas should be brought into an optimal functional connection with the existing school, while ensuring the feasibility of the measure in sub-sections while maintaining teaching. The second focus will be on performance phase 8 (Works Management). Strict monitoring of the construction work is necessary in order to ensure a timetable agreed with the school’s operations. The integration of all trades, including technical ones, into a smooth construction process is the central task of the leading architect.
