Description

Scopul proiectului de digitalizare al PCTC este crearea unei platforme informatice integrate care să optimizeze procesele administrative și operaționale ale instituției, să eficientizeze gestionarea spectacolelor, resurselor și achizițiilor, și să îmbunătățească accesul publicului la servicii culturale prin portal web, aplicație mobilă și infochioscuri. Arhitectura propusă include module de management al documentelor (DMS) pentru managementul fluxurilor interne de documente referitoare la achizițiile destinate organizării de evenimente și spectacole, gestionarea spațiilor și echipamentelor disponibile pentru închiriere, vânzare bilete online, management spectacole, și susținute de funcționalități moderne precum chatbot-asistent virtual. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări/informații suplimentare înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 18. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare primite în termen în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
