Description

Die Ausschreibung richtet sich an alle Unternehmen, die bereit und in der Lage sind, die Stadt Dortmund bei der Schaffung neuer Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten zu unterstützen.
Die vollständigen Ausschreibungsunterlagen stehen auf dem Vergabemarktplatz Metropole Ruhr zum kostenlosen Download bereit.
Die zu vergebenden Leistungen sind lediglich funktional beschrieben, um den Bietern möglichst viele Spielräume innerhalb der geforderten Lösungsvarianten einzuräumen. Zulässig sind alle Angebote, die die schlüsselfertige Erstellung von Notunterkünften für Flüchtlinge im Stadtgebiet Dortmund in Form von Containern, Traglufthallen, wetterfesten und beheizte Zelten oder Leichtbauhallen zum Inhalt haben. Dabei
stellt der Auftraggeber die nötigen Grundstücke und Aufstellflächen zur Verfügung. Die zu vergebene Leistung beinhaltet auch die erforderliche Verteilung/ Installation der Versorgung (Heizung, ggf. Klima, Sanitär, Strom) innerhalb des Baukörpers (schlüsselfertig) ausgehend vom Übergabepunkt (Hausanschluss). Es soll je Los eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit mehreren Wirtschaftsteilnehmern abgeschlossen werden.
Auf die Bekanntmachung 2015/S 248-451430 wird verwiesen. Es handelt sich vorliegend um die Berichtigung der Bekanntmachung aufgrund von Änderungen an der Verfahrensart und den geforderten Nachweisen. Auf die neuen Fristen wird verwiesen.
