Description

The subject of the invitation to tender ‘Procurement Unit 3’ (short form = PU 3) is all supplies and services necessary for the manufacture, supply, installation and assembly of the components covered by the invitation to tender. The awarding unit 3 is described in detail in the corresponding specifications and consists essentially of:
• 1 piece of CO2 giant including blower and exhaust air duct or other suitable degassing system,
• 1 piece NaOH dosing station (with redundant pump group),
• 2 pieces of ultrafiltration or other suitable filtration system incl. periphery,
• 1 piece backwash/cleaning unit for ultrafiltration/alternative filtration, if necessary dosing station for hydrogen peroxide and baking soda bleach as cleaning agent,
• 2 pieces of reverse osmosis (with redundant pump group),
• 1 piece CIP cleaning system for reverse osmosis,
• 2 pieces of electrodeionization,
• PLC control cabinet.
