The service of organizing stationary trainings and workshops in the field of projects implemented from the European Funds (FE). The contract will consist of the organization of stationary, two-day trainings and one-day regional workshops (trainings) for entities / persons entitled to apply for funds for the implementation of nature conservation projects operating throughout the country. The contract is implemented as part of the project ‘Beneficiary Support Centre (BSC) – information and advisory point for entities applying for funds to finance measures in the field of biodiversity protection in the PF 2021-2027’ financed by Technical Assistance for European Funds (PTFE). The Beneficiary Support Centre is called the ‘Nature Point’ (hereinafter referred to as the PfP). Participants of trainings and workshops will be entities / persons entitled to apply for funds and implement projects in the field of nature protection, operating throughout the country, including: government administration (GDOŚ, GIOŚ, RDOŚ, UM), local government administration, scientific and research units, non-governmental organisations, PGL LP units, national and landscape parks and institutions operating in the European Funds system. During the performance of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to apply the equality principles related to the prevention of any discrimination based on the principles of equal opportunities, social inclusion and non-discrimination, in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of equality principles under EU funds for 2021-2027 and Annex 2 to the above-mentioned Guidelines. Guidelines and accessibility principles in line with the Accessibility Standards for Cohesion Policy 2021-2027 and with green standards in the delivery of trainings/meetings, with a view to sustainability, including DNSH. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT: A. NATIONAL TWO-TERM TRAINING 1. Basic order Maximum number of two-day trainings: 7 pcs. Minimum number of two-day training courses: 5 pcs. Deadline for completion: 24 months from the date of signing the contract. Location and number: 7 trainings: Gdynia, Olsztyn, Zamość, Opole, Międzyzdroje/ Świnoujście, Kraków, Białystok. It is permissible to change the location / city depending on the selected site of the field visit, with the field visit not further than 100 km from the place of stationary training. The maximum number of participants in one training is 54 people. The minimum number of participants in one training is 25 people. The training should be understood as a two-day meeting, during which the first training day will be used to gain knowledge regarding the settlement and implementation of projects implemented with the participation of EU funds, 2. Day - field visit to exchange experience in the implementation of projects related to nature, which received support from the European Funds in previous and current (if any) financial perspectives (regional programmes, Eastern Poland programme, OPI&E and FENIKS programmes, also LIFE programme), at the place of implementation of projects. 2. Option: The option is the service of translation by the Contractor of trainings into Polish sign language (PJM) in case of demand for translation into Polish sign language by any participant of the training. The maximum number of services for translating trainings into Polish sign language is 14 translations (7 trainings x 2 days). The Ordering Party does not allow translation into SJM. B. NATIONAL SINGLE WORKSHOP (Training) REGIONAL 1. Basic contract Maximum number of national one-day regional workshops: 14 pcs. Minimum number of national one-day regional workshops: 10 pcs. Deadline for completion: 24 months from the date of signing the contract. Location and number of workshops: 14 workshops – on average one per month: Olsztyn, Łódź, Warsaw, Kielce, Białowieża/Hajnówka, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Opole, Sopot, Kraków, Bydgoszcz, Pszczyna, Suwałki, Gniezno, Przemyśl. The maximum number of participants in one regional workshop/practical training is 20 people, in addition, as substantive support of the workshop, a maximum of 3 people from the Contracting Authority - employees of the Contracting Authority; a maximum of 23 persons in total. The minimum number of participants per regional workshop/practical training is 12. Workshop (training) should be understood as a one-day meeting during which participants acquire practical knowledge. The workshops are to be a case study, practical classes should activate participants to actively participate in them. Theoretical sessions should be enriched with real examples. Each practical session should end with a summary of the experience. 2.Option "Option is the service of translation by the Contractor of the workshop into Polish sign language in case of demand for translation into Polish sign language by any participant of the training. The maximum number of workshop translation services into Polish Sign Language (PJM) is 14 translations. The Contracting Authority shall not allow translation into the SJM.’
