Description

Specialized security and intervention services at STT Cluj-Napoca objectives. Specialised security services are carried out on the basis of Law No 333/2003 on the guarding of premises, property, valuables and the protection of persons and Government Decision No 301/2012 on the guarding of premises, property, valuables and the protection of persons, as amended. Deadline by which economic operators interested in accessing the award procedure may request clarifications: by the 14th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarifications must be submitted to SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarifications sent by economic operators by the deadline set above, in accordance with Article 29(3) of Government Decision No 394/2016, and the contracting entity will not comply with requests for clarifications sent after the deadline set above or requested by other means of communication than that set out in the contract notice. The contracting entity shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information in two stages, as follows: - on the 17th calendar day after the publication of the contract notice and - on the 11th clalendaristic day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
