Description

Hankinnan kohteena on yhteistoiminnallisena projektinjohtourakkana toteutettava Zacharias Topeliusskolanin toiminnallinen ja tekninen perusparannus. Perusparannus kattaa koko rakennuksen ja pihan. Hankkeen laajuus on 3774 brm², 2549 htm² ja 1642 hym². Tontin pinta-ala on 8970 m², rakennusoikeutta 3300 m² ja rakennuksen kerrosala 3401 kem². Piha-alueen laajuus on noin 4845 m². Työt sisältävät rakennuksen vesikaton uusimisen, julkisivujen, ikkunoiden ja ulko-ovien korjaamisen, välipohjien uusimisen suurelta osin, lattiarakenteiden uusimisen sekä alapohjien uusimisen radonputkiston asentamisen yhteydessä. Talotekniikkaa modernisoidaan, ja ullakolle sekä pohjakerrokseen rakennetaan uusia IV-konehuoneita. Lämpö-, vesi- ja viemärijärjestelmiä uusitaan osittain, ja sähköjärjestelmät päivitetään nykyaikaisiksi.
