Description

Wirtschaftsbetriebe Duisburg - AöR intends to use temporary workers for the period from 19.10.2026 to 16.01.2027 to support seasonal tasks in the foliage collection and Christmas tree removal. The subject of the contract is the staggered supply of workers employed at the following establishments: Depot Hochfeld, Zur Kupferhütte 10, 47053 Duisburg Depot Hamborn, Schlachthofstraße 8, 47167 Duisburg In Phase 1 (19.10.2026 - 12.12.2026) a total of 24 workers (12 helpers/loaders and 12 drivers with driving licence category B), of which 6 helpers/loaders and 6 drivers per depot are employed. In phase 2 (14.12.2026 - 16.01.2027) the demand is reduced to a total of 16 workers (8 helpers/loaders and 8 drivers, 4 per depot). The specific selection of temporary agency workers to continue to be employed from week 51/2026 onwards is carried out unilaterally by Wirtschaftsbetriebe Duisburg - AöR on the basis of the work performed in phase 1 and the work behaviour shown. Activities shall include in particular: Foliage collection as well as removal of foliage grids, foliage bags and Christmas trees, general cleaning work in the city area, support in winter service. The weekly working time is 39 hours per person with variable shift times (Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat, in each case in the shift times specified in the schedule of services), with willingness to work more, overtime as well as Saturday, Sunday and holiday work including on 24.12.2026 and 31.12.2026.
