Description

The Hospital Center of Digne-les-Bains plans the construction of a building to strengthen its capacity to accommodate the gerontopsychiatry service, responding to the implementation of a real estate master plan. This realization is also done in accordance with the updated data of the medical project of adult psychiatry which provides for the recomposition of the offer of care proposed by the institution. In this context, the Digne-les-Bains hospital centre is launching this project management competition, organised with a view to awarding a project management contract for the construction of this gerontopsychiatry building. The aim is to set up a gerontopsychiatry unit comprising: ? A gerontopsychiatry hospital unit with 20 beds (treatment of the elderly)? A day hospital with 5 patients? A mobile team unit for elderly psychiatry (EMPSA)? A mobile team unit dedicated to the rehabilitation of patients aged 16 to 60, adult psychiatry (intermediate transition before reintegration into a social life). The main objective of the CH of Digne-les-Bains is to provide an adapted response to the expectations of different audiences by creating an attractive, user-friendly, efficient set, in line with the needs of different current and future users. This new building will have to comply with the safety requirements of staff and patients as well as the comfort requirements of a psychiatric hospital unit. This quality research will focus on the organization of work, the reception of the patient and the architectural design of the project. The overall surface area required is 1,897 m2 of S.D.O., including: ? A reception / administration area of 58m2 SU? A UH psychiatry of 20 beds and an HDJ of 5 patients of 859 m2 SU? General services on 164 m2 SU? Mobile teams (Rehabilitation - EMPSA) of 324 m2. The site concerned represents a total area of 8,400 m2 including 2,700m2 reserved for parking.
