Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of cardiac diagnostic equipment for SWPSZ in Szczecin 2. The contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex 4 to the FTZ, and in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 and 1A to the FTZ. 3. The performance of the subject-matter of the contract is co-financed by the Zachodniopomorskie Province with a specific grant intended to co-finance ‘Replacement of diagnostic equipment in a cardiac clinic in the Independent Public Provincial Complex Hospital at ul. Arkońska 4 in Szczecin’ awarded on the basis of contract No WZ-II.3031.6/6/2025 4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel this procurement procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract are not granted to it.
