Nævnenes Hus offers its need for technical advice in connection with complaint handling in particular in the Environment and Food Board of Appeal, but also in the Planklagenævnet or the Energy Board of Appeal. The advice shall cover in particular, but not limited to, the following professional areas: - Industrial conditions. - Surface water includes connection, seepage and discharge permits. - Raw material on land and territorial sea. - Livestock farming. - Soil pollution. - Aquaculture. Dambrug. - Folding. - Watercourses. - Water supply. BNBO. - Natural conditions, including Paragraph 3 protection and EU law such as Natura 2000, Annex IV species and the Water Framework Directive. - Assessment of the effects on the environment and the Environmental Assessment Act.
