Achizitie:Servicii spalatorie, conform caiet sarcini si documente atasate - Precizam ca: Data limită de raspuns la solicitarile de clarificari : in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, conf.art 161 din L98/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor – 18 zile Procedura de achiziţie cu modalitatea de atribuire, conf art 9(3) lit b) din HG 395/2016, prin incheierea unui acord cadru, valabil pe 48 luni de la data incheierii acestuia
