Description

The assignment to be carried out concerns the construction of new residential units in the Gerststraat-Haverstraat-Korenstraat-Molenstraat-Vlinderstraat district in Heultje (Westerlo). Here a new project needs to come up with a number of housing units to be investigated in more detail. The entire district (57 residential units), except for 2 residential units that remain private, is owned by LeefGoed, also the public domain has not yet been fully transferred. The district is situated in the south-east of Heultje (residential area) on the edge of the village fabric and was built in 1982. On this plot, LeefGoed bv wishes to realize approximately 70 homes with associated facilities (parking spaces, bicycle storage,...) taking into account design requirements WIV, LeefGoed and urban planning regulations. LeefGoed wants a functional building, maintenance-friendly and energy-efficient with a beautiful pleasant architecture and outdoor environment. Tuesday 16 September between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. is the mandatory place visit for the selected candidates. The certificate will then be delivered to the interested parties. The certificate is therefore not included in the specifications. The certificate must be added by the tenderer to the tender. According to Article 42(1)(2) of the Law of 17 June 2016, the contracting authority may, subject to the agreement of the service provider, repeat the contract for a period of 3 years after the conclusion of the original contract. This for a maximum of 165% of the original contract and 90% of the contract must be identical.
