Description

1. Object and object: The Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) deals with ‘delivery’ within the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act. Subject matter of the DPS: ‘Supply of medicinal products not included in Annex 2 to the PDL for the needs of Dr Hristo Stambolovski Hospital, Kazanlak. The medicinal products are listed in rows and are detailed in terms of medicinal forms, quantity of medicinal substance, unit of measure and the estimated quantity required in the initial ‘Technical Specification’ annexed to the documentation. The originally planned "Technical Specification" may be partially modified in the course of the dynamic system by adding new medicinal products and/or changing their quantities. The quantities indicated in the ‘Technical Specification’ annexed to the documentation are estimated and do not give rise to an obligation on the part of the contracting authority to award them in the estimated volume. 2. The dynamic purchasing system shall be open throughout its duration to any candidate who fulfils the selection criteria. Access to and participation in it shall be free of charge and free of charge for all interested parties.
