The Chambers – restricted project management competition for the demolition of 24 dwellings and the construction of around 60 dwellings in Nantes.
The purpose of the project management task is to:
— the demolition of a garden room and 24 dwellings (year 1932) comprising 16 individual dwellings and 8 collective dwellings,
— the construction of approximately 60 rental dwellings, some of which are individual dwellings.
New buildings for social rental purposes will be divided into built-up units on either side of rue f. Leray. Parking must be provided in the basement for collective dwellings.
Nantes Habitat’s expectations on this project will be technical, architectural, economic, environmental and social.
Estimated demolition area: 1 160 square metres.
Estimated floor area: 4 101 square metres of floor area.
Estimated living area: 3 789 square metres of HS
Content of the mission on new demolition and construction:
Basic mission: sketch, aps, apd, pro, act, visa, det and AOR.
Complementary mission: Executive Summary (Syn).
The pre-measurement of the PRO element will have a level of accuracy close to a GPD and will be provided with the ACT element for all lots (within the meaning of the MOP Act and its implementing texts).
