Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa stanowiska pomiarowego do charakteryzacji fotonicznych układów scalonych w podziale na części: Część I – Komplet aparatury pomiarowej, stołów optycznych i przyrządów mikromechanicznych z osprzętem; Część II – Komplet elementów światłowodowych z osprzętem; Część III – Stanowiska inspekcji mikroskopowej z osprzętem; Część IV – Komplet elementów stabilizujących; Część V – System do pomiarów efektu Halla w makroskopowych próbkach cienkowarstwowych. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia.
