The subject of the contract is maintenance and technical support service for all available functions for a period of 12 months for Next Generation Firewall (NGF) devices owned by the Ordering Party. As part of the support, the Ordering Party will be able to use the following services provided by the manufacturer: a) updating the firmware to the latest versions published by the manufacturer; b) updating the IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) definition database; c) updating the application signatures; access to knowledge bases, configuration guides and diagnostic tools; technical assistance
