Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest sukcesywny, bezgotówkowy zakup oleju napędowego, spełniającego normę PN-EN590, do pojazdów należących do PGZK-Jasiel Sp. z o.o. 2. Zakup realizowany będzie na stacjach paliw zlokalizowanych na terenie miasta Jasła, w promieniu 3,6 km od bazy transportowej Spółki, mieszczącej się przy u. Towarowej 26B w Jaśle. 3. Sprzedaż oleju napędowego odbywać się będzie sukcesywnie, zgodnie z bieżącymi potrzebami Zamawiającego, poprzez tankowanie bezpośrednio do zbiorników pojazdów Zamawiającego. 4. Tankowanie oleju napędowego realizowane może być: za pomocą kart paliwowych, za pomocą dziennego dokumentu rozchodowego lub innego systemu umożliwiającego identyfikację i rozliczenie pobranego paliwa, zgodnie z zasadami określonymi we wzorze umowy stanowiącej załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
