Description

The opportunity to enter into a Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) was advertised in the OJEU with reference 2002/S 167-134619 (“the OJEU Notice”). The PPP was established on 21.7.2004 following a fully compliant EU procurement process. The PPP was established to provide the services and works as listed in the OJEU Notice which specifically include the new build and refurbishment of healthcare facilities including dental care facilities. As set out in the OJEU Notice, the PPP was established to deliver such services and works over a 25 year period in Birmingham, Solihull and neighbouring localities. The dental hospital scheme is within the scope of the PPP and the OJEU Notice.
