le marché a pour objet le remplacement temporaire des gardiens et/ou employés d'immeubles pendant leurs
absences dues à maladie, congés, formation ou afin de pallier un surcroit temporaire d'activité. Les missions confiées au prestataire
sont l'entretien ménager des parties communes, la gestion des containers à ordures ménagères, la transmission de réclamation des
locataires, l'accompagnement de société prestataire. De manière ponctuelle, d'autres tâches rentrant dans le cadre des missions des
gardiens et/ou employés d'immeuble pourront être demandées au prestataire. Le présent marché fait l'objet d'un accord cadre à bons
de commande sans montant minimum ni maximum
