Description

The subject of the order is servicing of XEROX printing systems. The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure in accordance with Article 132 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority shall award the contract in lots, each of which shall be the subject of a separate procedure. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined by: Attachments No: 1, 1.1., and 4 to SWZ, i.e.: Offer form with assortment and price specification and draft provisions of the contract. The CUSTOMER shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted. Justification: in deciding not to divide the contract into lots, account was taken of: the specific nature of the contract, additional technical difficulties, costs and risks associated with the coordination of several economic operators. The decision is optimal from the end user's perspective. In the procurement procedure, communication between the CUSTOMER and the CONTRACTOR, in particular the submission of tenders, the exchange of information and the transmission of documents or statements, shall take place using the means of electronic communication provided by the System. The system is available at: https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/ozgst. The technical and organizational requirements for sending and receiving electronic documents and information provided using them are described in the Regulations for the use of the System's services (Regulations of the e-Service Portal) available from the E-learning module for all users of the System and during the registration of the CONTRACTOR's account for the CONTRACTORS. Tender, statements (SED) submitted electronically must be signed with an electronic qualified signature. In the process of submitting an offer, statements or means of proof in question on the platform, the CONTRACTOR may submit a qualified electronic signature directly on the document, which it then sends to the System. The certificate of conformity with the original shall be made respectively by the CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTORs jointly applying for the award of a public contract, in the scope of documents concerning each of them. The original shall be understood as a document signed by a qualified electronic signature of the authorised person(s). The certificate of conformity to the original shall be in electronic form signed with a qualified electronic signature by the authorised person(s). The CUSTOMER provides for the possibility of renewing the contract once for a further period of 24 months. Resumption consists in the performance of the same service (with the same material scope) on the same conditions specified in the Draft provisions of the contract, requires the consent of both the CUSTOMER and the CONTRACTOR (does not require the conclusion of an annex to the contract). The value of a single resumption ‘imposed from the top down’ is the same as the value of the basic contract and is calculated on the basis of the indicated unit prices. During the resumption period, the provisions of the Draft provisions of the contract shall apply. The CONTRACTOR does not reserve the possibility of applying for a contract only by the CONTRACTORS referred to in Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. social cooperatives and other CONTRACTORS having the status of a sheltered workplace, whose main purpose or main purpose of the activities of their separate organizational units that will carry out the contract is the social and professional integration of socially marginalized people. The CUSTOMER requires full-time employment by the CONTRACTOR or SUBCONTRACTOR on the basis of an employment contract of at least 2 (two) persons performing activities in the field of contract performance, i.e.: servicing of equipment, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code Act of 26 June 1974.
