Description

The purpose of this contract is to carry out a comprehensive programming mission for the creation of a modern, functional and scalable nursery school, located on the site of the EHPAD du Pradon in Callian. This new equipment will integrate all the spaces necessary to offer children a high quality learning and living environment. With an estimated budget of EUR 6,600,000 million including tax, the project will focus on valuing the existing, limiting the land footprint and bringing together, in the centre of the village, existing school and public facilities (media library, nursery, primary school), thus contributing to strengthening the coherence and vitality of the heart of Callian. The objective of the municipality is for the project to be operational for the beginning of the school year in September 2028. The mission includes the collection of needs, the development of the functional, technical, environmental and economic program, as well as assistance in project management during the consultation of project management providers and participation in the first project start-up meeting.
