Grid reinforcement Güstrow - Wolmirstedt Assembly/disassembly services for the replacement of the 380 kV line Perleberg-Stendal West 485/486
In the course of the energy transition, the WG plans to implement the project "Electricity capacity increase Perleberg - Stendal West" in order to fulfil the legal obligation of a secure energy supply. The project is a section of the BBPlG as part of project 39 (maximum voltage line Güstrow – Parchim/Süd – Perleberg – Stendal/West – Wolmirstedt; Three-phase current rated voltage 380 kV) led individual measure ‘Perleberg – Stendal West – Wolmirstedt’. Subject of the project: The existing 220 kV line between UW Perleberg and UW Stendal West is to be replaced by a more powerful 380 kV line with 3,600 ampere current carrying capacity. With the adoption of the Federal Requirements Plan, the energy-economic necessity and the urgent need are determined for the projects contained therein. The findings are binding on the transmission system operators, § 12e(4) EnWG. Apart from small-scale route optimizations in the section Saxony-Anhalt near Losenrade and south of Rochau to the UW Stendal West, it is planned to build the new 380 kV overhead line in the route of the existing 220 kV overhead line from 1953/1958. Although the project leads from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to Saxony-Anhalt, it is not marked as transnational in the Federal Requirements Plan. Construction is scheduled to begin in August 2027. Provision should be made for the project to be put into operation by August 2029 at the latest. As part of the call for tenders, it must be examined whether commissioning can already be carried out in Q4 2028. This invitation to tender for assembly includes: - the construction of the 380 kV overhead line 485/486 from Perleberg to Stendal West from Mast 10 to Portal UW Stendal West (STW) - the construction of the 4-system overhead line in the area from Mast 58 to Mast 61 to carry the 110 kV overhead line Insel – Wittenberge planned by DB Energie - the construction of 4-system overhead lines in the areas from Mast 82 to Mast 86 and from Mast 159 to 172 to implement the 50Hertz own 380 kV line 515/516/596 Putlitz Süd – Stendal West - the construction of temporary lines in the areas from Mast 82 to Mast 86 and from Mast 159 to 172 to ensure the permanent operation of the 50Hertz own 380 kV line 515/516/596 Putlitz Süd – Stendal West - the construction of the masts 112N, 112AN, 117AN and 185N for grinding in and out the 50Hertz own 380 kV line 515/516/596 Putlitz Süd – Stendal West on the 4-system lines - the dismantling of the 220 kV line 331/332 from mast 347W to mast 108W - the dismantling of masts 112 to 117 and 185 to 195 of the 380 kV line 515/516/596 Putlitz Süd – Stendal West Planned 380 kV overhead line Perleberg – Stendal West (485/486): The planned route covers a total length of approximately 63 km and runs from Mast 10 southeast of the Perleberg substation to the portal of the Stendal West substation. The replacement new construction takes place largely within the existing track space of the existing 220 kV line. Only in the Saxony-Anhalt section were small-scale line adaptations planned in the Losenrade area and south of Rochau to the Stendal West substation. 220 kV stock line Güstrow – Wolmirstedt (331/332): The 220 kV line originally ran from Güstrow to Wolmirstedt. The range from mast 347W to mast 108W with a length of approx. 71 km is relevant for the tender. The existing management was largely built in 1953 and 1958 as a single-bench mast. Specifications: The replacement of the 380 kV line Perleberg – Stendal West is divided into 4 lots, which may be implemented by different construction companies. This results in simultaneous, largely independent construction activities in several sections of the project. The start of construction is planned after receipt of the planning approval decision, probably from August 2027. The latest commissioning is scheduled for August 2029. As part of the call for tenders, it must be examined whether all construction lots can be put into operation as early as December 2028. The construction is divided into the following lots: - Lot 1: Mast 10 to Mast 57 (~16.4 km) - Unconstructed 2: Mast 57 to Mast 86 (~11,2 km) and Mast 112N to 117AN (~2,3 km) - Lot 3: Mast 86 to Mast 139 (~23.6 km) - Unconstructed 4: Mast 139 to Mast 172 (~12.1 km) and Mast 185N to 199N (~4.8 km) The dismantling of the 220 kV overhead line Güstrow-Wolmirstedt is divided among the above-mentioned lots for the new construction. - Lot 1: Mast 347W to Mast 292W (~16,4 km) - Lot 2: Mast 292W to Mast 253W (~11.4 km) and Mast 112 to Mast 117 (~2 km) - Lot 3: Mast 253W to Mast 184W (~19.9 km) - Unconstructed 4: Mast 184W to Mast 108W (~23.7 km) and Mast 185 to Mast 195 (~4.8 km)
