Description

This consultation concerns the replacement of exterior joinery in two housing estates owned by Habitats de Haute-Alsace. The work will be carried out on an occupied site, requiring appropriate organisation, close coordination with the tenants and the maintenance of safety and comfort conditions throughout the duration of the site. Visiting the sites is mandatory for the submission of an offer. Diagnoses of asbestos detection before works are attached to the consultation file. Companies must, where appropriate, have the authorisations and skills required for interventions in subsection 4 in accordance with the regulations in force. The works are divided into two lots. Each lot will be awarded separately
