Description

The object of the concession for the design, construction, management and maintenance of the Oceanarium ‘Water recreational and relaxation complex on the territory of Park ‘Ezero’ – Burgas is to construct on the concession area of a water-based pleasure and relaxation complex, comprising the design and construction work, commissioning in accordance with the legislation in force and the planning provisions in force, and its management and maintenance after it has been put into operation at the risk of the concessionaire, as well as the receipt of a fee consisting of the right of the concessionaire to exploit the concession by obtaining revenue from the services provided in the public interest and carrying out economic activities on the territory of the concession site.
Subject of the concession; land plot with ID 07079.622.137 on the Bourgas cadastral map, all of which has an area of 117 805/сто and seventeen thousand, eight hundred and five/m², with a permanent use ‘For another public site, complex’ identical to land plot II-137, in loc. 1/първи under the PPP-PPP of Park “Ezero”, Burgas, with boundaries of the property: plots with identifiers under KK 07079.622.7, 07079.622.22, 07079.622.135, 07079.622.39, 07079.622.12, 07079.622.60, 07079.622.98, 07079.622.18 and 07079.622.136, located in the province of Burgas, Burgas Municipality, Burgas Park, Ezero Park, in accordance with Act No 7255/28.11,2012; the adjacent infrastructure existing and to be built in the concession area, within the meaning of § 5 (31) of the Additional Provisions to the Spatial Planning Act; Any other independent property which ensures the smooth and orderly functioning of the other elements of the object of the concession or the provision of the service in the public interest, as well as the properties necessary for the pursuit of the other economic activities, without the need to be physically linked to the object of the concession.
