The subject of this public contract is the maintenance of fire safety systems and fire extinguishers and the supply of associated equipment for all Constructys metropolitan sites. The consultation is initiated in the form of an adapted procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2123-1-2°, R.2123-1-3°, R2123-2 and R.2123-4 to R.2123-7 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a mixed, single-award framework agreement. It is performed partly by issuing purchase orders and partly by concluding subsequent contracts (Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code). The services concluded on the basis of order forms relate to: - preventive maintenance of premises already identified, - repair and replacement of spare parts whose unit price is above the threshold defined in the STS for each type of equipment, as well as the associated hourly labour costs and travel costs, - additional services. The services concluded on the basis of subsequent contracts concern: - preventive maintenance of premises which would be included in the framework agreement currently being implemented (new premises or premises identified in Annex 2 to the SACC but for which an inventory of equipment has not yet been carried out. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 2° of the Public Order Code, it is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 100 000 euro (s) excluding tax for its total duration (including renewals).
