The former Tagelöhnerhaus in the centre of Schwaiger is the last unrenovated building in the ensemble around the Schwaiger Castle, a former manor house. A barn is attached to the Tagelöhnerhaus. The aim is to refurbish the Tagelöhnerhaus with the barn in accordance with the monuments and, in the course of this, to set up rooms for the Schwaig-Behringersdorf historical and cultural district.
