Description

the purpose of this consultation is to:
— guarantee collective and compulsory supplementary health arrangements for employees,
— propose an optional supplementary health scheme under individual contracts to be concluded between the persons concerned and the contractor, to the following populations:
* employees of the establishment whose employment contract is suspended (sabbatical leave, leave for setting up a business, parental leave, etc.)
* employees of the establishment who, for the duration of the contract, are members of the legislative mechanism for the early cessation of activity of workers exposed to asbestos or to the ‘Availability’ mechanism,
* former employees in receipt of an invalidity or incapacity pension,
* GPMM employees retiring for the duration of the contract
* employees or former employees of the GPMM who have voluntarily subscribed to the supplementary health scheme aprionis PREVOYANCE (populations defined in Annex 3 to the specifications).
— offer GPMM employees the possibility of entering into an optional provident guarantee allowing the maintenance of variable payroll elements in the event of absence due to illness
