Description

Miscellaneous medicinal products UPU_SMURD - Annex 1 to the Specifications. Various UPU_SMURD drugs necessary for the treatment of patients in the UPU-SMURD emergency department. The aim of the procurement is to ensure the continuity of the medical act and to respond adequately to emergency situations through the immediate availability of medicines frequently used in first-line treatments. This acquisition is part of the process of continuously improving the quality of medical services and increasing the response capacity of the emergency system. The required quantities are specified in the Specifications. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the closing date for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders in accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016; the provisions of Article 8(2) of Government Decision No 419/2018.
