Description

The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: ‘Acceptance and management of wastes of code 19 12 12 - Other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of wastes other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 in process R1’, i.e. successive acceptance for management of wastes of code 19 12 12. The waste must be disposed of in the Contractor’s installation in the R1 recovery process – Use mainly as a fuel or other means of generating energy, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended). The estimated amount of waste with code 19 12 12 that will be transferred (transport on the part of the Contracting Authority) to the Contractor for management during the term of the contract will be 8 000 Mg. The Contracting Authority is entitled to exercise the option right by obliging the Contractor to collect and manage, during the term of the contract, waste in the amount of up to 1 600 Mg (20% of the volume of the basic order).
