The municipality of Loon op Zand intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single operator for the integrated management and maintenance of the entire public space of the municipality of Loon in Zand. The municipality is strongly looking for a single party in order to maximise the integrated and efficient management and maintenance of the public space. Management and maintenance is therefore limited not only to maintaining (image) quality of the public space, but also involves (one-off) measures (e.g. reconstructions) to organise management and maintenance (costs) efficiently.
The aim of the municipality is to create win-win situations for the contractor and the citizens and wishes to relieve the administrative organisation.
